Booking Policy
Guidelines for booking sports grounds and paying cash at the venue.
1. Booking Process
Our booking platform allows you to reserve sports grounds up to 30 days in advance. Payment is collected in cash at the venue. To make a booking:
- Browse available grounds and select your preferred facility.
- Choose a date and an available time slot.
- Review the details and confirm your booking online.
- Pay cash at the ground when you arrive for your slot.
Note: Incomplete bookings hold a slot for 10 minutes only. Confirmed bookings are paid in cash at the venue — please bring exact payment when you check in.
2. Identification & Check-in
Upon arrival, please present your Booking ID (sent via email/SMS) to the ground staff. You may be asked for a valid photo ID that matches the booking name.
3. Rules of Conduct
- Players must wear appropriate non-marking sports shoes for indoor courts.
- Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are strictly banned on premises.
- Please vacate the court promptly when your slot ends to allow the next group to play.
- Abusive behavior towards staff or other players will result in an immediate ban.
