    Up to 50% back, depending on when you cancel.

    100% of what you paid online comes back.

    Refund schedule

    The refund depends on how long before the start time you cancel. It is a share of the full amount you paid online. The cancel screen always shows the exact amount before you confirm.

    Example: a PKR 2,000 booking cancelled a day before the start returns PKR 1,400. Paid bookings can't be cancelled in the app in the last 3 hours.

    What this covers

    • Ground and court bookings paid online (card or wallet).
    • Recurring bookings: each date follows the schedule on its own. You can cancel the remaining dates at once.
    • Event and tournament registrations, counted from the event start.

    Always a 100% refund

    • The venue cancels or rejects your booking, for any reason (for example maintenance, weather or a holiday closure).
    • Your payment went through after someone else had already booked the slot. The booking isn't confirmed and the full amount comes back.
    • An event you joined is cancelled by its organiser.

    How to cancel

    1. Open My Bookings on the website or in the app.
    2. Choose the booking and tap Cancel booking.
    3. Check the refund amount shown, then confirm.

    Within 3 hours of the start, contact the venue or our support team instead.

    How refunds are paid

    • Your refund is created as soon as the booking is cancelled, and the Sport Studio team processes it.
    • It is usually paid to your Sport Studio wallet, ready for your next booking. Where needed it goes back to your card or bank account instead.
    • You get a notification when it is paid. Follow every refund under My Refunds.

    Not refunded by Sport Studio

    • Cash paid at the venue: settled directly with the venue.
    • Bookings that were never paid (nothing was charged).
    • No-shows and cancellations after the start time.
    • Gym and club membership fees: speak to the gym or our support team.

    Discounts and promo codes

    When a booking was paid with a discount or promo code, the refund is calculated on the amount you actually paid.

    Several slots and recurring bookings

    A booking of several slots made together is cancelled and refunded together. For a recurring booking, each date is refunded on its own according to when it starts.

    Wrong or duplicate charges

    If you were charged twice or a payment failed but money left your account, contact our support team with your booking reference. We check it with the payment provider and return any amount you did not owe.

    Disputes

    If you think a refund was calculated incorrectly, report it from Customer Support with your booking reference. We review it together with the venue and reply in the same conversation.

    Changes to this policy

    We may update the refund rules from time to time. A booking is refunded under the rules that apply when you cancel; the schedule on this page always shows the current ones.
